UNIT FIELD NOTES / FIELD GUIDE

Commander.

Build around a physical-damage buff

What the published guide says

The published guide identifies Commander as a physical-damage buffer. It also explicitly notes that Super Bro is magic and does not benefit from that buff.

This is a September 24 published-opinion snapshot, reviewed here on September 25. A later patch can change its usefulness. The official experience description does not provide a full stat sheet.

Support coverage

A support slot should have a clear target. Check which units are eligible, whether they are in the relevant area and whether the displayed effect is actually active. Do not assume every nearby unit receives every buff.

Keep the map, difficulty and rest of the lineup consistent when comparing. Watch the wave or enemy that previously caused the problem. If you change the damage core, support and economy at once, the result will not tell you which change mattered.

Before you commit scarce resources

Inspect the exact unit variant in your inventory, its current stats and any available upgrade or evolution conditions. A source ranking does not establish that your version is fully upgraded or that another player's build can be copied without its support setup.

Use the team planner to save a lineup and the trait selector to review role-based priorities. Neither tool substitutes for an actual combat test.
