The 100 Fire Shard alternative
The same guide reports an alternative of 100 Fire Shards from capsules, exchanged at the Luffy NPC. It does not establish a reliable capsule drop rate or how many capsules are needed on average. We therefore do not claim a guaranteed run count or time estimate.
Before exchanging, read the NPC’s current offer and item name. Keep capsule outcomes and shard totals separate in your notes: a capsule is not automatically equivalent to a fixed number of shards.

A unit unlock is not automatically a team upgrade
The published ranking places Fire Fist in B and notes burn damage. A rare acquisition does not automatically outperform your existing invested unit. Compare the role it fills before replacing a stable slot.
